Mt. Lebanon Parking Authority

North Lot (611 Washington Road) Sold

On September 10, 2007 the Parking Authority entered into an Agreement of Sale with Mt. Lebanon Hospitality Associates, L.P. This agreement authorized the sale of the Authority's North Lot, located at 611 Washington Road, to a developer who will build a hotel on the site. Public parking on this site started in 1974. Upon the start of the hotel construction parking patrons who currently use the lot will be directed to the Academy Lot and the North Garage. The developer has indicated that hotel construction is scheduled to start this summer.

The Parking Authority's administrative offices are conveniently located at 788 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon PA 15228. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Parking is available at metered spaces in front of the office until 4:30 PM, around the corner on Lebanon Avenue, or feel free to pull into our driveway while conducting business in our office.
